These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of chaltravel.com and to travel-planning services provided by Chaldean Adventures Travel Agency. Additional written terms from airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers, payment processors, and other suppliers may also apply to a booking.
Travel Requests and Bookings
A website form, email, telephone discussion, quote, or itinerary proposal is a request for information and does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. Travel is confirmed only after required traveler information and payment are received and written confirmation is issued. Review names, dates, destinations, room types, and other details immediately. Traveler names must match government-issued identification.
Prices and Availability
Prices, promotions, taxes, resort fees, baggage fees, exchange rates, and availability can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. Unless specifically stated in writing, quotes do not include items such as passports, visas, insurance, local taxes, gratuities, meals, baggage, or optional activities. Errors may be corrected before confirmation.
Payments
Payment deadlines and accepted methods will be provided with the quote or invoice. Suppliers may charge the traveler directly. By authorizing payment, you agree to the applicable cancellation, change, refund, and supplier terms disclosed for the booking.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation and change rules vary by supplier and fare or package type. Some reservations are nonrefundable or subject to penalties. Agency planning or service fees, when disclosed before purchase, may be separate from supplier penalties. Refund timing is controlled by the applicable supplier and payment provider. No refund is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing under the applicable terms.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, entry permits, health requirements, vaccinations, parental consent documents, identification, and compliance with laws and supplier rules. Requirements can change. Verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and suppliers before departure. Arrive by the times required by the airline, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance products have limitations and exclusions. Read the policy carefully and direct coverage questions to the licensed insurance provider. Declining insurance may leave you responsible for losses caused by cancellation, delay, illness, interruption, baggage loss, or other events.
Suppliers and Itinerary Changes
Chaldean Adventures Travel Agency arranges services provided by independent suppliers and does not own or control their operations. Schedules, routes, accommodations, activities, and other services may change because of supplier decisions, weather, government actions, safety concerns, force majeure, or events outside the agency’s reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee supplier performance.
Website Information
We work to keep website information accurate, but destination information, promotions, photographs, amenities, and policies may change. Website content is general information and is not a guarantee of availability, price, entry eligibility, or a particular travel experience.
Privacy and Communications
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Promotional email will include a method to unsubscribe. Service-related communications about an inquiry or booking may still be sent when necessary.
California Disclosure
California Seller of Travel registration number: CST 2150824-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Eligibility for reimbursement from the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund is determined under applicable law and fund rules.
